The apartment consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The access to the apartment, via an armored door, is directly into the kitchen where there is an induction hob, a fridge, an automatic coffee machine, a moka pot, a kettle and various utensils. After the kitchen you enter the living room with a sofa, a 55" flat screen TV with Netflix Amazon Video Disney+ and a dining table. Between the kitchen and the living room there is a service bathroom with toilet and sink. The floor is in original antique travertine and some walls are in exposed brick. From the living room you go up the stairs and you enter the sleeping area where the two bedrooms and a bathroom are located. The bathroom is in green Guatemala marble and yellow marble, the bedrooms are in parquet-effect stoneware. The rooms have a double bed and a French bed, 32" TV, wardrobes, a desk with a writing set, and a safe. In the bathroom there is a shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
The apartment is located in the best position of the city at an equidistant point from St. Peter's Basilica and from Piazza Venezia, both easily reachable on foot. Leaving the structure you are immersed in the charm and history of Rome with breathtaking walks among the most beautiful streets of the city.
